Can talent work all three days of a convention?
Yes — multi-day coverage is the normal booking for a trade show, and we staff for stamina rather than a single strong morning. Tell us the show hours and we will confirm who is available for the full run.
Can talent scan badges and use our lead retrieval system?
Yes. Badge scanning and lead retrieval are standard booth duties. Send us the system you are using ahead of the show and the team will be briefed on it before doors open.
Can talent travel to a show in another city?
Yes — trade shows are a core part of why we staff nationwide. We can pull local talent in the host city or bring talent willing to travel between shows.
Do you handle union or venue credentialing?
We supply the staff and the details you need to credential them; the show or venue issues the badges. Send us the credentialing deadline with your booking and we will get you names and details in time.
