Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Envy Models website and your engagement of talent through us. By submitting a request or booking talent, you agree to these terms.

You submit a request describing your event. We build you a shortlist of talent matched to your market and requirements. You select the talent you would like to hold, and we follow up to confirm the details of your event before anything is finalized. No booking is confirmed, and no talent is held for your event, until we have sent you a written quote and you have accepted it.

Every booking is quoted individually based on your headcount, number of days, hours per day, market, talent tier, wardrobe or uniform needs, and travel — we do not publish rates, and no quote is binding until it is confirmed in writing between you and Envy Models.

Talent booked through Envy Models are represented by the agency. You engage Envy Models to provide staffing for your event; you do not contract directly with individual talent, and all communication about a booking should go through us.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your event — including headcount, schedule, location, and any wardrobe, language, or certification requirements — so we can staff it correctly. Changes to your event after a booking is confirmed may affect availability, scheduling, or the quote.

Envy Models will make commercially reasonable efforts to staff your event as agreed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a booking, and our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use of the site or a new request after a change means you accept the updated terms.
