Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Envy Models collects and uses information when you request talent through our website. It does not cover other companies' websites we may link to — including Call Time, the platform our jobs page links to for talent signup. Any information you enter there is governed by Call Time's own privacy policy, not this one.

When you submit a talent request through our multi-step form, we collect:

• The details of your event — service type, market, dates, headcount, days, hours per day, brand or event name, any language or certification requirements, your experience-tier preference, and any notes you add.
• Your contact information — name, company, email address, and phone number.
• Attribution information about how you found us — the campaign source, medium, campaign name and term if you arrived through a tagged link (UTM parameters), the address of the request page you submitted the form from, and, if you clicked a Google or Meta ad, the associated click identifier (gclid or fbclid). This helps us understand which marketing is working; it is not used to identify you individually beyond the request you submit.

We also log anonymous, per-step progress through the request form (a randomly generated session id, which step you reached, and whether you completed it) so we can see which questions people abandon and improve the form. This session id is never linked to your name or contact details — the two are not connected anywhere in our system, even if you go on to complete and submit the form.

We use this information to build and send you a shortlist of talent that matches your request, to follow up with you about your event, to prepare and send a quote once you select talent, and to understand which marketing channels bring us real inquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run the business:

• Resend — sends your confirmation, shortlist and follow-up emails, and the internal email alerts that tell our team about your request (including your contact details so we can reach you).
• Twilio — when we have SMS alerts turned on, sends text alerts to our team when a new request comes in or talent is selected.
• Vercel — hosts the website and its infrastructure.
• Our Postgres database provider — stores your request, contact, and attribution information.

Each of these providers only receives what it needs to do its job for us, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel) on the site today.

The site sets one functional cookie, used only when a staff member signs into the admin area to manage requests. It carries no personal data and is never set for a visitor browsing the site or submitting a request. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We keep request and contact information for as long as it is useful to us for the purpose it was collected — generally, for the life of a potential booking and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. The link to your shortlist itself expires automatically after 30 days, though your underlying request record is not deleted on that schedule. We do not currently run an automatic deletion process; if you would like your information removed sooner, see below.

To ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email us at admin@envylifestylegroup.com. We will confirm your identity and respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer follow up on an open request or honor a quote in progress.

We may update this policy as the site and our process change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
